Time Flies & Baby Grows

I can't believe how fast Dylan is growing. In just a few weeks she'll be ONE! She began walking 2 weeks ago. She's simply amazing. Her newest words are "BRRRRR" for bird "BLUE" and "GEEN" for Green. It's sad to think that she's a toddler now. This last year went by so fast. I'm glad I'm able to spend more time with her at home.

Dylan is officially 9 months old today! I can't believe it. She is so advanced. She stands and walks with just a little help and her sixth tooth broke through this week. Now she refers to Mama, Dada and Baba (for bottle). I wish I could freeze her at this age. She's just too precious.

"Four Years And Counting" refers to the time I've been married to my husband Mike and the beginning of our little family. This is my beautiful baby girl Dylan Rebecca. She has brought so much joy to my life these past nine months.

In a time and place where marriage and family have seemed to lose their value, I find little value in anything but my growing family. So many possessions and ideas are insignificant now. My family keeps me alive.

I hope you enjoy reading my entries. I feel that this is the best way to create a journal, as I have about ten journals laying around with only a few pages filled.

Maybe someday Dylan will be able to read these entries and understand what her mama was thinking when she was just a baby.
